Scripture Art Giveaway!

About a  year ago, I took up a hobby of learning modern calligraphy and brush lettering. In other words, pretty lettering. I wanted to be able to hand paint and letter encouraging Bible verses and messages, because visual reminders of Truth have helped me in my own journey over the years.

When I first wrote with a brush pen, it was really hard and I instantly had an appreciation for those skilled in the area. Despite smudging ink as a lefty and figuring out what tools best suited me through a lot of trial and error, I was determined to learn. It has been such a a joy for me to learn something new and create with my Creator.

This week, I’m excited to be giving away a couple pieces of my artwork!!

What’s included in this giveaway:

I have put together 2 sets of my original artwork, each containing the same 3 items. This means there will be 2 winners and each winner will receive all 3 items! Please keep in mind that each piece of art is unique and since I painted two sets, items might appear slightly different than pictured here.

Each art set includes:

  • 1 “Beloved” acrylic mini wood slice
  • 1, 8 x 10 hand lettered black & white “Jeremiah 29:11” print
  • 1, 8 x 10 hand lettered watercolor “Faith, Hope, Love” print

The 8 x 10 prints would be lovely framed and displayed on a wall or shelf. The wood slice could go just about anywhere.

  1. And now I’m back to answer the question! The verse I cling to these days is Psalm 23:13, “I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living!”

  2. What beautiful artwork!

    Some of my favorite verses are Psalm 37:3-6
    “Trust in the Lord, and do good;
    dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.
    Delight yourself in the Lord,
    and he will give you the desires of your heart.
    Commit your way to the Lord;
    trust in him, and he will act.
    He will bring forth your righteousness as the light,
    and your justice as the noonday.”

    Thanks for your generosity, Hannah … and for sharing your beautiful gifts with us (your words of encouragement as well as your artwork).

  3. I absolutely love your blog, Hannah! The colors are so pretty, and I looove the layout and designs. 💗 I’m almost 17, so I’m not quite old enough to enter this giveaway, so I hope that my mom (Valerie) wins! That ‘beloved’ sign is one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen. I’d love to have it in my room!

    1. Hi Maggie, I’m so sorry I missed your comment yesterday. Thanks for your sweet words!! I LOVE your mom and am so glad you came by! I will visit your blog too. 🙂 Blessings!

  4. Morning .. love your site!! … my favorite verse right now is .. Zephenia 3:17 .. The Lord God is with you. HE is mighty to save. HE will take great delight in you, HE will quiet you with HIS love. HE will rejoice over you with singing.

    I’ve been calling on the word HE will uiet with me with HIS love during stress filled times

  5. Hi again! I came back to share a few verses. 🙂
    John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
    I love these because it explains why reading the Bible is so powerful and amazing – He is the Word!!
    Also, my daughter, Maggie, said she commented yesterday (after I told her about your beautiful blog) but it’s not showing up. Maybe it went to spam accidentally?

    1. Hi friend, thanks for coming back and sharing those powerful verses! We have an amazing God. I didn’t see Maggie’s comment yesterday so I’m glad you let me know…ugh, it did go to spam. But I moved it out. 🙂 What a blessing to hear from your daughter too and see that she is blogging as well!
